The fiber laser wire stripping machine satisfies the needs for precision stripping in micro coaxial cables such as the internal shield line of wire products that include cell phones, computers, digital cameras, cars, and other micro-electronic products.
Utilizing both manual and external signal control, our fiber laser wire stripping machine can be combined with other assembly line equipment to create an automatic operation. The special four path laser technology is supported by a spectroscopic technique in order to ensure the power and energy (which is adjustable) of each path can completely strip shielding wires without damaging the insulator. The wire stripping machine is also equipped with a laser head to prevent contamination of optical systems, in order to ensure they remain stable and reliable. All parameters are adjustable to meet customer needs.

Fiber laser wire stripping machines are designed to strip wire away from the metal shielding layers in a number of wire applications, though most often for processing micro coaxial cables. With the use of a high performance German IPG fiber laser, the four-path laser will completely strip away the metal shielding layer wire without damaging the insulator. The wire stripping equipment is stable and reliable, even under a 24 hour continuous full load operation, which makes it highly effective with minimal maintenance costs.
